Þríleikur (Three-plays) was Spindrift Theatre's first tour, consisting of three experimental 30 min productions. The productions were created whilst the company was completing their final year at Rose Bruford College, London.

Þríleikur received the Jubilee Fund from Rose Bruford College. The plays were performed at the Barn and Rose Theatres at Rose Bruford in the UK, before traveling to Frystiklefinn and Gaflaraleikhúsið in Iceland.

During Spring 2013, Spindrift Theatre produced also a demo performance PEOPLE, PEOPLE and a short piece OBSERVATIONS OF A STICK STIRRER, which was performed at Battersea Art Centre's Scratch Night.

ME, WHILST BEING HUMANE

Me... Whilst Being Humane researches the Self, and our presentation to the surroundings through dance theatre.

Who are we or who do we think we are? How are we formed by others? What does our body say in different situations? How can identity be portrayed organically on stage?

The production is a breath of honesty, providing an intimate insight into the life of five individuals.

PHEW... KISULEIKUR

A short play about power and loss, love and humanity; an absurdist piece of political theatre which takes you to the world of the great ‘Übercats’.

An explosion of the joy of the illogical, emotions of the totalitarian, and colorful anarchy. With a script comprising of improvisational writing, gathered facebook and youtube comments, Hugleikur Dagsson’s comics, Hitler’s Mein Kampf, and Nietzsche’s Thus Spoke Zarathustra; the play carries a bold statement expressed through a unique, dark humored and lively style.
